to feel outstanding again

I'm in good shape, I am at a comfortable place. But I want to be in HOT shape. Sooo I think about doing no sugar again, and....maybe I'm going to start working out,too...(sigh) Just thinking about it makes me tired though. I do this yo-yo thing in my mind. So much effort when I'm already mostly happy with where I'm at. But there are those days when I remember feeling outstanding, when you don't need anyone to tell you that you look good. I'm almost ready to feel that way. But am I ready to do what it takes?? Soccer is over, so I have a little more time nowadays. All I need is a plan. A start, deadline, proper motivation, etc. What gets you going???

Haha - HOT shape - I like that. :) I'd love to try no sugar but it's impossible with all this post-Halloween candy lying around.

I'm pretty sure not eating sugar over the next few months with the holidays would be pure torture.

Workout buddy! I have to have someone counting on me to be there or I won't do it...always a last minute excuse somewhere in my brain. Or if I pay for a gym membership, it makes me want to get my monies worth so I seem to go more often then too. Good luck, I feel your pain....I want to be in Hot shape too and the no sugar thing would kill what little self-control I have! :)

The treadmill downstairs calls my name every day. Dave and I are on the ABs Diet and it's been great. We only have sugar on holidays and and date night and we usually share a dessert.
