My first baby is all grown up and savin' China. Sometimes it seems that way. But right before we moved, as in the day before the truck parked in the back yard, we had a party. :) And I'm so glad we did. It meant a lot to Adam, although after the choas was over, we realized that there were many of his friends who did not get invited and for that I am truly sorry. It was a whirlwind of events and we basically flew by the seat of our pants. Nevertheless, it was a good 10th birthday for Adam!
We started with cake and ice cream.
And the cake.
Then he opened presents.
And we played the candy bar game.
Then we moved the party outside. Time to get wet!
It started with a water balloon toss, ended with a winner and a war, of course!
After a while things settled down and we ate lunch outside and just played in the water.
Later that night, we gave Adam a few more presents.
Altogether it was a glorious birthday and he is one happy boy!
We love you Adam!

Wow time does truly fly. Adam is as old as we have been married! Hard to beleive. Happy birthday Adam! Hopefuly for your mom the next 10 go by slower.
You have a 10 year old! Holy Cow! How did we get so old? :) You throw your kids some great parties!
